Transport and collection of your loved one from home, hospital, or care facility within 30 miles
Full personal care and dressing of your loved one
Placement of personal items within the coffin, should families wish
A simple, quality coffin suitable for cremation
Cremation at a local crematorium (date and time arranged by us)
Ashes returned to your home or collected from us
All necessary paperwork and liaison with doctors and the crematorium
We're also happy to help organise a wake within your chosen budget at no additional cost — you simply pay the venue directly

Through Susie's Trust, we provide the full Lumina service — with the same compassion, care, and attention we give every family — completely free for children under two, and at only a nominal fee for children aged two to sixteen.
Our team will guide each family with gentleness and understanding, handling every step — from collection and preparation to private chapel visits and ashes return — with genuine compassion and respect.
